disappointing room allocation.
great locationlow floor
the hotel is in a great location.
I booked a room with a view, based on images on the website. Those images made me think the room would be on a high floor. i was given a room on a very low floor. it was hard to see out the window due to people walking by on the street. It reminded me of i had to keep the curtains closed all the time.

the breakfast buffet had a decent variety of choices and everything tasted fresh.
I was disappointed that the room was not properly cleaned daily. All that was done was a towel change. it is unacceptable at the price i paid per night. the staff seemed negligent regarding daily cleaning.

the location is fantastic, near to the flower market. the staff has been very friendly. the room was spacious and clean. breakfast was yummy with a variety of options, including hot and cold dishes.
the towels felt old and thin (i noticed it right away). the room had minimal in-room services. the corridors were painted black with low ceilings.
